Letter to a young American!
He is talking about life and how people live through it. Over all he is talking about how life will be for you. Some people will get almost everything for free while you need to work your ass out to even get near what they are achieving. If you want to be something, it’s up to you what you want. You have to decide if you’re ready to spend all that time that you will need to work, to even get close to what you wanted to be. You need to focus on yourself, and don’t care about the others that you’re competing against. What he is saying is that you don’t have time to feel outclassed just because they’re getting all the things for free, that you are willing to pay a big fortune to accomplish. Keep on trying and even if there will be times when you’re having a really rough time and you’re just struggling around you have to keep reaching your destination. Everyone can’t be NHL superstars, rock stars or whatever, but with hard work you can accomplish a lot of stuffs that you will get proud of later in life when you look back at what you’ve done. If you did everything you could to make to your dream, you don’t have anything to worry about. Then you can feel proud and feel that you did something fun and good in your life that someone else noticed and gave you credits for. You will feel that you did do some useful things in life that you can feel pleasured about.

My holiday!
On my holiday I’m going to play some hockey and I can’t wait to see the ice shining like a diamonds, and the feeling when you are flying forward on that crystal clear ice. To see my team mates working their ass out for a goal against our opponents. I can’t wait to see a mountain covered with a lot of smooth powder in front of my snowmobile. I am longing to see my dear friends which I haven’t seen since the Christmas holiday, and my lovely family that I’ve missed a lot. My family has got a new dog too which I can’t wait to see either, because it looked so cute and sweet on the pictures. I also misses my cute and nice grandparents with more.
Evualate shakespeare work!
We learned us to interpret this weird texts, because they were hard to understand. It was like they were talking in riddles all the time and it felt like that they were trying to screw you up. I thought our group did very well, but maybe a little bit to short we could have talked a little bit longer.
Overall it was a really nice exercise, more of them because i don´t like to write so much!
The Comparison
Name: Alan Quartermaine.
Age: 55.
Sex: Male
Appearance: He has short white hair, he looks really smart and he is like the god with weapons. He aims really well, and you see that he has been in the army.
Goals: He was one of the good guys I think.
Strengths: Really good handle with weapons, old and got much routine.
Weaknesses: He doesn’t have any.
Alignment: Mine is a good one. He follows the laws.
Other things: …
I read all the stories and I found out that the story ‘’King Salomon’s Mines’’ was the right text which was about the character Alan Quartermaine. In the story ‘’King Salomon’s Mines’’ Alan Quartermaine had been fishing, hunting, fighting and mining for a long time so he knew a lot. In the movie he also seemed to be the smart and old one that everybody was listening to. But in the end of the movie he dies when a person stabs him in the back.
I didn´t really understand the meaning by this movie but it was okay. The same between the story and the movie i didn’t understand the relationship. In the story he has been working with a lot of things and in the movie he is living in Africa somewhere. But honestly I can’t say anything.
The Invisible Man By HG wells
I thought that the text ‘’The Invisible Man’’ was most attractive. The story started really good, you were dragged in to the story from the beginning. You were just told about a stranger but nothing more, so you were almost forced to continue the reading. You got excited by the mysterious man that was a stranger a you didn’t know who he was either. I didn’t really understand this little story because it was so mysterious, I needed a little bit help by Daniel to understand why this is called ‘’ The Invisible Man’’.
English B
My holiday!
I spent Christmas Eve with my family, at my grandpa´s house. We started as usual to watch the Donald Duck 3 o´clock and later on we ate a really good Christmas dinner. Grandmother and my mother had cooked the whole day meanwhile dad was out and bought some food. We ate and talked for a very long time, but eventually we got to the presents, which I have waiting for. I thought that this Christmas didn´t be so good as last years. But i had a greate time with my family and I really enjoeyed the stay in Luleå.
When I was in Luleå, I also trained with my old team called Brooklyn tigers. That was really funny to see my old team mates, and many of them did I go in school with, so I had a greate time.
